What are the Kings fees for letting a property?

Kings have a variety of service levels; please contact the office for further information.

When will I receive my rent and will I get a statement?

Your rent should be paid to your account within five working days of receipt. A statement will automatically be sent to your email account upon payment. At no extra cost to you, we can also copy in your accountant.

Will you deal with the deposit dispute if there is one?

If you have picked our Full Management Service, we will obtain the necessary quotes and file the dispute with the evidence required.

Can you check my property throughout the tenancy?

Yes, we carry out an inspection every 3 to 6 months under the Full Management Service

What do we do about utilities?

We will notify the utility providers and the Council Tax office of your new tenants.

What is the difference between the management service and the other services you provide?

This is explained on our Landlords Services page.

Is the Gas Safety Certificate included?

No, but we will happily arrange this for you.

Do you arrange an inventory?

Yes, the tenants will check in and an inventory created on your behalf.

What legislation do I need to comply with?
